Mixed Berry Muffins Recipie
INGREDIENTS
| 365g | Prima Muffin Mix |
| 3 nos | Eggs |
| 110g | Butter, melted |
| 100g | Strawberries/Raspberries, mashed |
| 30 pcs | Dried Cranberries |
PROCEDURE
- In a large bowl, whisk Prima Muffin Mix and the rest of the ingredients until a smooth batter is formed.
- Fill muffin cups with batter until ⅔ full.
- Bake at 190°C for 20 – 25 minutes.
Tips: Muffin is done when skewer stick inserted in centre comes out clean
